About the Event
The Constitution was meant to survive the test of time, but is it still relevant? This panel will discuss the three branches of government; how the checks and balances built into the Constitution should work; and build a case for hope.
The program will be moderated by the Honorable Judge Jeffrey Froelich (retired). The panel includes the Honorable Judge Walter Rice, Senior United States District Judge for the Southern District of Ohio, Kenneth L. Parker, former United States Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, and Kathleen Kersh, Senior Attorney and Project Director for Advocates for Basic Legal Equality.
The program is free and open to the public, but reservations are required. Please RSVP to admin@lwvdayton.org and indicate your chosen location. (Clicking the Register button here on the OIC site does not register you with the event hosts!)
