Conversation with the CEO of Braver Angels

This event is a little farther afield than what we usually share, but given our history with Braver Angels of Southwest Ohio, we wanted to offer this opportunity to the Dayton area.

Braver Angels is a nationwide nonprofit that promotes political depolarization. The Oakwood Inclusion Coalition invited Braver Angels of Southwest Ohio to host two workshops in Oakwood in 2023. At these workshops, ordinary Oakwood citizens who lean "red" or "blue" learned to better understand one another's positions through small-group listening and finding common ground.

Now Maury Giles, CEO of Braver Angels, is coming to Cincinnati to listen to our perspectives on local and national issues, share his vision for Courageous Citizenship, and engage with us in a conversation about how ordinary people can have a greater impact.
